These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the TitanCore Discord bot and this website (together, the "Service"). If you add TitanCore to a Discord server or use any of its commands, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What TitanCore does
TitanCore is a Discord bot that helps communities run Path of Titans game servers. Its features include Alderon ID verification, an in-Discord store with balances and tokens, strikes and ban records, staff lookup tools, log channels, and server management over RCON.
TitanCore is an independent project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Alderon Games.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your country, and you must follow Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines while using TitanCore.
3. Server owners and administrators
- You are responsible for how TitanCore is set up and used in your server, including which channels, roles and game-server credentials you give it.
- You must only connect TitanCore to game servers you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the actions your staff take through the bot, such as giving strikes, issuing bans, changing balances or running RCON commands.
- Store items, marks, tokens and balances only exist inside your community. They have no real-world monetary value, and TitanCore does not process real-money payments.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, or to harass, abuse or harm other people.
- Submit an Alderon ID that is not yours, or impersonate another player.
- Try to exploit bugs, duplicate items or balances, or get around the bot's permissions.
- Overload, disrupt, reverse engineer or attack the bot or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service in a way that breaks Discord's or Alderon Games' terms.
5. Moderation and termination
We may limit, suspend or end access to TitanCore for any user or server that breaks these Terms, at our discretion and without notice. You can stop using TitanCore at any time by removing it from your server. To ask for your data to be deleted, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
TitanCore is free to use and will always be free. It is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be online, error-free or that data will never be lost. Features may change or be removed at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the TitanCore developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, in-game items, balances or access that comes from using or being unable to use the Service. This includes actions taken by server staff through the bot.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using TitanCore after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
