Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the TitanCore Discord bot collects, why it's collected, and how you can have it removed. It applies to TitanCore and this website.

1. Information we collect

Discord information

  • Discord user IDs and usernames of people who use the bot's commands, buttons and menus, or who staff look up.
  • Server (guild) IDs and names, and the channel and role IDs chosen during /setup.

Game and community information

  • Your Alderon ID and in-game name, when you verify or when you're seen on a connected Path of Titans server. This includes when you were first and last seen.
  • Store data linked to your account, such as marks, balances, tokens, purchases, redeemed or stored dinos.
  • Moderation records, such as strikes, bans, ban reasons and the staff member who issued them.

Server configuration

  • Game-server connection details that server admins enter, such as RCON host, port and password, and webhook links. These are used only to connect to that server.

What we don't collect. TitanCore does not read or store the content of normal chat messages. It only reads messages that a configured webhook posts in the channel picked for server-restart alerts. We don't collect payment information, email addresses or passwords for your Discord or Alderon accounts.

2. How we use it

  • To link your Discord account to your Alderon ID.
  • To run the store, including balances, purchases and dino redemptions.
  • To let server staff look up players and keep strike and ban records.
  • To post logs to the channels a server has set up.
  • To connect to and manage the game server a community has linked.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.

3. Who can see it

  • Server staff: Data is stored separately for each Discord server. Staff in a server can see the records for that server, such as verification, balances, strikes and bans. They can't see another server's data.
  • Service providers: Data is stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database, which is run by Google. Discord also processes data as part of running the platform.
  • Legal reasons: We may disclose information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as the bot is used in your server, so features like balances and moderation history keep working. Server owners can ask for all of their server's data to be deleted after removing the bot. Individual users can ask for their own data to be deleted at any time (see below).

5. Your choices and rights

  • Access or deletion: Contact us to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted. Moderation records may be kept by server staff where they're needed to enforce a ban.
  • Stop using it: You can stop using the bot's features at any time. Server owners can remove the bot from their server.

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or CCPA may give you more rights. Contact us to use them.

6. Security

Access to the database is limited to the bot and its developers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Children

TitanCore is not intended for anyone under the minimum age Discord allows in their country. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or data requests, contact us in the TitanCore support server.
